Dr was upset I had missed a video visit with psych due to a mix-up in calling. He asked who I had called and I showed him the card I had been given. He became upset and told me I had called the wrong number and I told him I could only be responsible for the number I was given. He agreed and went out and yelled at the receptionists.

I love Dr Kassis staff and if it wasn't for doc I probably wouldn't be alive I have been in his program for 5 years now and he has definitely helped keep me sober and living a healthy sober life I am very grateful for him and his staff.
